.Stone Pony Browbands is the brain child of Lisa and her daughter Rachel. This dynamic and strong team have a great little online business making beautiful browbands for bridles (including custom ones!)
As we all know horses are expensive and Lisa and Rachel needed to figure out how to afford their mutual passion. Lisa is an artistic soul and Rachel was a creative child (using duct tape to make her own one of a kind brow bands). From this combination Stone Pony Browbands was born. Launched on Facebook in 2014, the business has grown exponentially.
Rachel was eventing her buckskin mare Temple in her mom's lovely creations - and word spread quickly. Browbands have been seen at Rolex, Burley, and W.E.G. as well as many smaller events. Dressage riders, polo players and people who just love beauty are catching on now and the browbands are decorating a wide variety of bridles and tackrooms now. Sold to 5 countries to date - the browbands are well travelled and much loved. Based out of Virginia, USA Lisa provides amazing customer service - with updates as to time lines and discussing design details with you. Little touches to demonstrate the care put in each browband are evident from the first conversation you have to opening your gift box.
