My turn and honestly I'd way rather be hiding behind the keyboard but fair play and all that ... so without further ado .... here you go
What is your idea of perfect happiness with horses? I love being present with them those little moments where it clicks and I think "wow, it's magic". It amazes me that many decades in the game I still feel that magic
What is the quality you most like in a horse? I like heart in a horse - that desire to connect with me ... and that certain bravery about seeing what's down the road, across the bridge, in the bag ... I suspect that is a throw back to my eventing days eh?
What is your greatest horse extravagance? Oh I am certain anyone who knows me would think it's tack - I love nice saddles ... I don't spend a fortune on them but I have a great variety of them and am honestly sad when I sell one - I much prefer sending them out on free lease - hahaha
What do you consider to be your greatest achievement? If I had to pick I would say creating content horses and riders. Taking the tense, the ill, the fried and unwanted and watching them start to glow and thrive. That's pretty hard to beat.
What talent would you most like to have? It would be pretty amazing to be totally consistent. No matter what horse I was on, no matter how I felt, or what was happening around me to be able to be the same brilliant rider I aspire to be. .

What horse would you love to pat? Bucephalus
What is your greatest horse regret? That some very special horses have found me too late to be able to show me what super stars they are. Retired horses are lovely and fun but the star power in a couple shines brightly even in the field. Oh, and that horses are sent for slaughter.
What is your most treasured horse possession? This time of year my shedding blades and curry combs! I have lots of kinds and all get a good work out in the spring!
What would you like us to know about you? I love horses, people and dogs. I believe that we all should do whatever we are able to make the world a better place and if we all did that the impact would be incredible. I have been involved with animals my whole life and have a long history of animal welfare and protection ohhh we live with 8 horses and 2 ponies ..
